LaTeX envelope

In the LaTeX envelope I include the .tex file with my symbol definitions, so that I don't have to write all complicated mathematical symbols again if I use them in my figures. When I update the .tex file with a new symbol definition I have to close and reopen the .fig file, before these changes take effect. It would be fine if this could work without reload.

I added a button to flush the LaTeX images. This forces them to be recalculated. I also changed the dialog to check on leaving with "Ok" if any LaTeX settings have changed. This will also flush the images. I think this is useful if a user plays with his settings for envelope or command paths. He doesn't have to close and re-open the document to see the changes.
